Founder Sandro Dundua began his professional journey working in local PC repair shops and Apple service environments, gaining critical hands-on experience with hardware, software, customer support, and everyday troubleshooting. Over time, that experience expanded into IT service companies, business technology support, systems management, and IT infrastructure.
High-responsibility IT background
Earlier in his career, Sandro also worked in a structured public-sector IT environment in the Republic of Georgia, supporting sensitive systems where reliability, documentation, security awareness, and careful execution were important. That experience helped shape a disciplined approach to problem solving, technical responsibility, and secure infrastructure support.

After relocating to the United States, Sandro continued supporting a variety of businesses and industries, including medical offices, major retailers, entertainment brands, and automotive dealership environments.
