CAL IT GUY Services is built on over a decade of hands-on experience in the IT field—starting from the ground up. What began 12 years ago with basic tech support and a passion for tinkering with old hardware evolved into a career supporting complex IT environments across a wide range of industries.

Our founder, Sandro Dundua, started his professional journey working in local PC repair shops and Apple service stores, where he gained critical hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Over time, he expanded into roles at IT service companies, laying a solid foundation in customer support, systems management, and IT infrastructure.

In 2015, Sandro took his skills to the next level by serving as an IT Analyst at the Ministry of Corrections and Probation in the Republic of Georgia. In this demanding environment, precision, strategic thinking, and technical expertise were essential. There, he deepened his knowledge of networking, servers, and security protocols, managing sensitive systems where every detail mattered and downtime was not an option. This role was pivotal in shaping his approach to mission-critical IT operations and secure infrastructure management.

After relocating to the U.S., Sandro brought his expertise to a variety of industries—supporting medical clinics, major utility providers like SoCalGas, and global entertainment brands including CBS and Showtime Networks. Recognizing a need for IT services that are fast, affordable, and hassle-free, he launched CAL IT GUY Services in 2025.
